From Consultation to Creation: Bespoke Design Begins at Home
Consultation
At this meeting we will discuss your aspirations and requirements as well as establish the technical information and measurements necessary to ensure the design stage is 100% accurate.
Design & Approval
With the critical information established at the survey stage we will begin the process of designing your new kitchen or interior as a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) illustration.
The CAD design will be completed to an agreed deadline presented to you at our showroom for discussion. Any changes you require will be discussed and actioned within an agreed timeframe. The amended CAD design will then be re-submitted for your approval prior to production.
Crafting Your Furniture
Once you are entirely satisfied with our CAD design proposal, our highly skilled craftsmen will commence the manufacture of your new Kitchen or interior. All English bespoke kitchens and interiors are manufactured within our state-of-the-art on-site factory whilst our Modern German kitchens are manufactured at our partner company in Germany.
We will work to a timescale agreed with you and liaise with you to arrange installation as we near completion.
Comprehensive Installation
Our hand-crafted furniture is only ever installed by our dedicated team of joiners. Where specialist paint finishes are required our decorative artists are on-hand to ensure colours are matched to perfection and expertly executed.
As you would expect, our comprehensive installation service includes all plumbing, electrical and gas work as well as any ancillary trades that may be required.
Project Management
During the installation process, we hope it’s reassuring for you to know a dedicated Project Manager will oversee the entire installation process.
Your Project Manager will co-ordinate all our skilled tradesmen to ensure that the disruption of your daily life is kept to a minimum as we beautifully transform your home environment.
After Care
Our aim is to provide a level of service that is second to none. Therefore, should the excellence of our craftsmanship be compromised after we leave then please call our showroom and we’ll work tirelessly to put things right. What’s more if, after you’ve lived in it for a while, your interior needs a little TLC, our team will be happy to visit your home for maintenance and repair work. It’s all part of the service we provide to UK-based customers.
